1 – Purpose
This agreement outlines the specific terms and conditions that will govern the purchase of products or services through the website www.torrepool.com, without prejudice to any different terms that may be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Acceptance of this agreement electronically is legally equivalent to a physical signature. When placing your order online, you will be asked to read and confirm this agreement. Proceeding with your order online implies your unequivocal acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Torrepool reserves the right to modify this agreement or any document published on our website at any time. Such changes will never be retroactive and the applicable contract will always be the one in force at the time you place your order.
A copy of this agreement will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
The purchasing and contracting process will be carried out in Spanish.
2 – Purchase Process
The purchase process at Torrepool is conducted through our website www.torrepool.com.
Registration is not mandatory, but you will be asked to provide personal data necessary to process, ship, and invoice your order. These data will only be used to manage the service and shared only with companies responsible for delivery, manufacturing, or tax consultancy, in accordance with our privacy policies.
To successfully place an order, follow these steps:
2.1 – Add Product to Cart
On the product page, select the quantity you want and click “Add to Cart”. This will add the products to your shopping cart.
You’ll see a window with two options: "Proceed to Checkout" or "Continue Shopping". Select “Continue Shopping” if you want to add more products, or click “Proceed to Checkout” to go to your cart.
2.2 – Shopping Cart
On the Cart page, you’ll see a summary of your order, including products, quantities, and total amount.
If everything is correct, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
2.3 – Access Data
On the "Personal Data" page, you will be asked to enter your personal and login information, such as name, surname, email, and optionally a password to create an account.
2.4 – Addresses
On the "Addresses" page, you must enter your shipping information.
2.5 – Shipping Method
You’ll be presented with available shipping methods. More details are available on the Shipping and Returns page.
Depending on the delivery location, only one method may be shown. For bulky or heavy items, some addresses may not have a delivery option. Contact us in such cases for a shipping quote.
You’ll also find a field to add delivery notes.
Once done, click “Continue”.
2.6 – Secure Payment
On the "Payment" page, select your preferred payment method.
Torrepool partners with leading payment gateways to ensure a secure and convenient experience.
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit/Debit Card: Your card details will be securely processed via Redsys. You may choose to save your card for future purchases, stored encrypted via Stripe.
- Bank Transfer: You’ll receive bank details after order confirmation. Orders are processed after funds are received, which can take up to 3 days. Items are reserved for 3 days, after which the order must be placed again.
- PayPal: Log into your PayPal account or pay with a card on the PayPal page without an account.
Before proceeding with payment, you must check the box indicating agreement with the terms of service.
Review your order in the summary section.
Then click “Place Order” to finalize and confirm.
The entire shopping, account creation, and payment process is protected with SSL encryption. Make sure the payment page URL begins with https://
2.7 – Order Confirmation
After completing all the steps above, you’ll see an order confirmation screen with a summary.
You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a summary, service terms, and cancellation policy. Usually delivered within 20 minutes but may take up to 24 hours.
This confirmation and your payment proof will be necessary for any inquiries or claims.
If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
3 – Prices, Invoicing, and Payment
Customers agree to pay for all orders made via www.torrepool.com.
Prices shown include VAT, except for professional accounts. Whether VAT is included or not will always be clearly indicated.
Users residing in VAT-exempt regions who have registered these details and logged in will not see VAT applied.
Final prices and taxes are detailed in the cart and invoice after order confirmation.
Displayed prices are binding unless due to a technical or human error. In such cases, a refund will be issued and the error corrected.
Prices do not include installation unless explicitly stated.
4 – Shipping Your Purchase
At Torrepool, we offer the best delivery services for your purchase. The courier company used may vary depending on the delivery location and the characteristics of your order (weight and volume of the package).
Please note that shipping methods are independent of Torrepool and are services provided by third-party companies.
4.1 – Shipping Your Order
Your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout once payment has been confirmed.
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours after confirmation. We strive to process all orders received before 1:00 p.m. on the same day whenever possible. This excludes custom-made products, which require additional production time. This time may vary depending on several factors.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email.
4.2 – Delivery Time
The delivery time for each product is shown in its description. Please note that the estimated delivery time includes the preparation period and the shipping time using the fastest available shipping method.
The time shown in the "Shipping Method" section (2.5) refers only to the delivery time provided by the courier service and does not include order preparation.
The timelines shown on both the product page (preparation + shipping) and the "Shipping Method" page (shipping only) are in business days. These are approximate times and may be delayed by up to 10 days in some cases and up to 60 days for custom-made products.
For custom-made products, the production time begins once the customer provides the required manufacturing information. If the information provided is incorrect and we need to contact the customer to confirm measurements, the production time will not begin until the correct information is received.
If, due to high demand, a product is out of stock and this is not reflected on the website before the order is placed, orders will be processed in the order they are received. Customers will be informed by email or phone of the situation and the estimated delivery time. In such cases, customers may choose to request a full refund of the purchase amount and any applicable shipping costs.
To process your order correctly, it is essential that all information provided is accurate and complete. Torrepool is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete data.
4.3 – Shipping Costs
We also offer optional premium delivery services, which are faster or allow collection at a post office. The cost of these services is calculated based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.
For deliveries outside the Iberian Peninsula, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery address.
If no shipping options are shown in the "Shipping Methods" section, please contact us for a custom quote. It may be that our regular couriers do not deliver to your location or cannot handle certain package weights or volumes. We will prepare a quote with an appropriate courier.
Shipping costs to destinations outside the EU do not include customs fees. Likewise, IGIC and handling charges are not included for shipments to the Canary Islands. These fees, as well as costs arising from package refusal without a valid reason under this policy, are the responsibility of the customer.
4.4 – Receipt of Goods
In order to facilitate delivery, we provide the carrier with your address and contact telephone number; however, we cannot guarantee that the driver will call prior to delivery.
Orders placed with Torrepool will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase. Delivery will take place at the entrance or front door of your residence.
We recommend that the customer check the package before signing the delivery note and record any damage, if present.
The customer is required to carefully inspect the external condition of the package and the products at the time of delivery, before signing the delivery note or proof of receipt. If any visible damage to the packaging or the products is detected, it must be recorded in writing on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier and immediately reported to Torrepool. Signing without comments will be considered as acceptance of the order in good condition, except for hidden defects not detectable at that time.
In the case of hidden damage not visible upon delivery, the customer has a maximum of 48 hours from receipt to report the incident to our customer service by emailing hello@torrepool.com or calling (+34) 624 422 296.
Once the package has been received and its good condition confirmed, the customer must check the goods within the mentioned period. After 48 hours from delivery, Torrepool will not be able to accept claims for physical damage attributable to transport. This requirement is necessary in order to file claims with the transport companies in case of incidents.
5 – Warranties
All our products are covered by the legal warranty period established by current legislation, generally 2 years, unless otherwise indicated. Some manufacturers may offer a longer commercial warranty.
To request warranty service, the customer must present the purchase invoice and proof of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
If the item shows a defect within the warranty period, please contact us at hello@torrepool.com with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will review the case and coordinate repair, replacement, or refund according to the situation and manufacturer policies.
In the case of products installed or handled by third parties (such as pool technicians or installers), Torrepool is not responsible for installation errors or damages caused by third-party intervention.
6 – Right of Withdrawal
According to Spanish legislation, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email (hello@torrepool.com) of your decision to cancel the purchase, providing the order number and your contact details.
After receiving confirmation from us, you must return the product(s) in perfect condition, with original packaging and all accessories, at your own cost, within a maximum of 14 days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
Exceptions to withdrawal:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if unsealed.
- Items installed or used beyond what is necessary to verify proper functioning.
7 – Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a product with defects or it does not match your order, contact us at hello@torrepool.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the case.
We will cover all return and reshipping costs for items that are incorrect or defective.
Returns or exchanges due to change of mind are only accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8 – Liability
Torrepool is not responsible for:
- Interruptions in website access for technical or maintenance reasons.
- Improper use of the website by customers.
- Damages resulting from third-party attacks or cyber threats.
Torrepool reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of system errors, fraudulent use of payment methods, or pricing mistakes.
9 – Privacy and Data Protection
We care about your data.
Torrepool complies with current data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018).
Personal data you provide will only be used to manage your order, send communications, and fulfill legal obligations.

10 – Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In case of dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Torrevieja (Alicante), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
