Shipping Information
At Torrepool, we are committed to offering you the best products at the best prices. For that reason, we don’t inflate your order total with high shipping fees. Instead, we partner with top‑tier couriers that let us secure the lowest possible shipping costs when the value of your cart doesn’t qualify for free delivery.
Whenever possible, we calculate shipping based on your order’s weight and volume and present several options (different carriers, home delivery, or pickup at a Correos post office) so you can choose the method that best suits your needs.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by product type. The estimates shown in the “Shipping Methods” step of checkout are courier transit times only; they do not include order‑preparation time. Made‑to‑order items require additional manufacturing and production time.
To see the expected lead time for a specific item, check its product page. The displayed time is in business days and refers to the fastest delivery option for mainland Spain. For other destinations or services, please contact us.
If your order contains multiple items, we will normally dispatch everything together; the applicable delivery time will be that of the slowest item in the cart.
Made‑to‑order products may take longer depending on order volume. Because these items are often handcrafted, lead times can fluctuate. High demand, increased complexity, or other factors may extend the actual delivery period—or occasionally shorten it. We will keep you informed of any significant changes.
All stated delivery times are estimates and not binding. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier.
Receipt of goods
We strongly recommend that, upon delivery, you carefully check the condition of the package and the products received before signing the delivery note or proof of receipt.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or the products, you must indicate it on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier.
In case of hidden damage not visible at the time of delivery, you have a maximum of 48 hours to report the incident to our customer service at hello@torrepool.com or by phone at (+34) 624 422 296.
After this period, we will not be able to accept claims for physical damage attributable to transport.
Partial Deliveries
Our goal is to ship your entire order in one parcel so you receive everything at once. Sometimes this isn’t possible—for example, if an item is out of stock or ships from a different warehouse. In those cases, we’ll let you know which items have been dispatched and which are still pending.
